Hello 👋 I’m Andreea, a Product Designer with over 5 years of experience crafting solutions that are accessible, honest, and meaningful. My journey into design began in 2020, and I soon realized that my background in computer science, graphic design, and photography wasn’t just a coincidence, it’s the perfect blend for creating thoughtful and functional design solutions.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a Product Designer (UX/UI) and freelancer on a variety of projects. These opportunities have allowed me to collaborate with talented people and develop digital experiences that truly support and inspire users. Along the way, I’ve refined a creative process that blends strategy, design, and human behavior.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on what makes a product not just visually appealing, but truly effective, balancing design, market fit, and growth, while ensuring it meets both user needs and business goals.
In my downtime, you’ll find me listening to music, attending concerts, dancing Lindy Hop with the Jazz Roots Bucharest community, taking photos, or climbing with friends.

At TotalSoft, I led a team of three UX designers on leasing and stock finance platforms, ensuring design decisions improved both usability and business outcomes. My role spanned product strategy, execution, and mentorship, shaping not only the interfaces we built but also the way our team worked together and grew.
In a short time, I contributed to several impactful initiatives. I designed a digital platform for floor planning and stock financing that connected manufacturers, dealers, and financing partners, enabling real-time asset sales, inventory turnover, and communication. I also created a mobile app concept that helped dealers manage reception, inspections, and asset sales more easily. Another highlight was leading the redesign of a legacy contract-generation platform, modernizing the 20-year-old Charisma app. The redesign streamlined complex workflows, making the system faster, clearer, and more intuitive for users.
